Service Area & Travel Charges
We provide mobile services in:
Travel Fee: A $15 travel fee applies to standard mobile service areas.
Extended Coverage: Service outside these areas may be available upon request. Additional travel charges may apply depending on location.
Booking Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Service Location
Clients are asked to provide a clean, private, safe, and appropriate space with enough room for the massage table and requested service.
Please provide any parking, building access, or location instructions before the appointment.
Health and Safety
Please inform us before your appointment about any injuries, recent surgery, skin conditions, allergies, or other concerns that may affect the safety or suitability of the service.
Services may be modified, postponed, or declined when necessary for safety.
Professional Service Standards
Island Mobile Men's Wellness provides professional, respectful, and appropriate wellness and grooming services.
Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or requests outside the scope of our professional services will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or end a service if the environment or behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our professional standards.
